See if you are ready by trying a week's long worth of disasters  (it is different every day), and see where you are lacking.  There are some restrictions, for example, not going and buying ANYTHING for a week from the store... BUT we challenge you all to do it!

Go today and sign up.  They will start it on a surprise day in September, and send you an email the day they start and every day for a week explaining what you are to be doing for the day, so you need to make sure you give them a email you will check daily in the morning right when you wake up.  ;)
